Job Seeker Assistance

Helping Job Seekers Find Meaningful Employment

We’re passionate about helping job seekers across Australia find meaningful, sustainable employment. Whether you’re starting fresh, switching careers, or re-entering the workforce, we provide the job help, support, training, and guidance you need to succeed.

With years of experience in pre employment training and placement services, we work with individuals from all backgrounds — including youth, mature age workers, migrants, and those facing barriers to employment.

We help people from all walks of life get job-ready, confident, and connected to real opportunities. Our team understands the unique challenges different communities face when looking for work whether you are young and just starting out, newly arrived in Australia, living with a disability, an Indigenous Australian, a mature-age worker, or someone who’s been out of work for a while — you deserve the chance to succeed. And we’ll help you get there.

Pre-employment Training

Pre-employment training is designed for individuals who are currently unemployed and looking to enter or re-enter the workforce.

This training covers a range of job market skills and industry-specific knowledge to help participants become job-ready. During the program, participants will earn an employability certificate along with relevant industry-recognised qualifications. These skills not only prepare participants for job interviews but also significantly enhance their chances of finding and keeping meaningful employment.

Prospective candidates are encouraged to make the most of this valuable opportunity to learn about the key expectations and essential skills needed for employment. Before enrolling in our pre-employment training, each individual is assessed for suitability — we take into account their motivation, previous experience, and current skill level to ensure the program is the right fit.

Wage Subsidy Assistance

Government Wage Subsidy Assistance provides financial support to employers who hire eligible job seekers, making it easier to grow your team while supporting local employment. These subsidies are designed to reduce the initial cost of hiring and can be applied across a range of industries, roles, and employment types — including full-time, part-time, and apprenticeships or traineeships.
